Recover an account

Lost access to your email or think someone else is in your account?

1. 1Reset your password immediately if you can still receive email.
2. 2If you cannot, open Contact support → Appeal or recover an account.
3. 3Tell us your handle, the email you used, and roughly when you created the account.

For suspected account takeover, email security@habsii.com so we can lock the session.
