Where is my refund?

Timing depends on your bank, not on Habsii.

Once a refund is approved it returns to the original payment method. Card refunds usually settle in 3–10 banking days. Vipps and wallet refunds are typically faster.

If the booking page shows Refunded and nothing has arrived after 10 banking days, contact support with the booking reference.
