Visa information
Visa results, timelines and document checklists are guidance generated from public sources and AI assistance. Rules change frequently and depend on your nationality, residence, purpose and transit route.
Passport storage
- Documents are private to your account and stored in a private bucket.
- They are opened through short-lived signed links, never public URLs.
- Offline copies you download to your device are your responsibility to protect.
- You can delete any document, and deleting your account removes them all.
Government links
Where we link to an official portal, we send you to the source. We never ask for government portal passwords and never submit applications on your behalf.
Travel recommendations
Safety scores, health notes and route suggestions are informational. For advisories, follow your own government's travel advice.
AI assistant
The travel assistant can read the documents and trips in your account to answer questions and build checklists. It can make mistakes — see the AI Policy.
Travel documents
You are responsible for holding valid documents: passport validity, blank pages, onward tickets, insurance and entry permits. Airlines and border officials make the final decision.
