Using Habsii
Habsii is a travel and life platform made of connected universes — BookingVerse, FoodVerse, Living Planet, Passport & Travel, Orbit, Utopia Finance and SellerVerse. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to hold an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Some features depend on third parties (maps, booking providers, payment processors) and may change or become unavailable.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information, especially for bookings, identity and travel documents.
- Use Habsii lawfully and follow our Community Guidelines.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or attempt to bypass access controls in the service.
- Do not use Habsii to store or share content you do not have the right to share.
Business accounts
A business account (SellerVerse) is a separate profile linked to your personal account. You can hold several businesses and switch between them.
- The person who creates a business is responsible for everything published under it.
- Business details, legal name, payout and tax information must be accurate and kept up to date.
- We may request verification documents before a business can publish listings or receive payouts.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers contract directly with their customers. Habsii provides the platform, discovery, messaging, payments and dispute tooling.
- Honour the listings, prices, availability and cancellation terms you publish.
- Hold the licences, permits and insurance your category requires.
- Respond to customer messages and booking requests within a reasonable time.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment providers. Habsii does not store full card numbers.
- Prices are shown including the fees we know about at checkout; taxes and local charges may be collected by the seller.
- Refunds follow the Booking Policy and the seller's cancellation terms.
- Payouts to sellers follow the Payment Policy and require completed verification.
Marketplace rules
- No fake businesses, fake listings, fake reviews or manipulated availability.
- No off-platform payment requests to avoid protection or fees.
- No listings for illegal, dangerous or restricted goods and services.
- Ticket resale must follow the Seller Policy and the rules of the original issuer.
Intellectual property
The Habsii name, logo, interface and software belong to Habsii. Content you upload stays yours; you grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it inside the product so the feature you used it for can work.
Account suspension
We may limit, suspend or close an account when we see fraud, safety risks, repeated policy breaches, chargeback abuse or legal obligations. Where possible we tell you why and how to appeal.
- You can appeal any decision from Help Center → Contact support → Appeal an account decision.
- You can close your own account at any time from Settings → Privacy.
Limitation of liability
Habsii is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the acts of sellers and third-party providers, or for travel decisions made from AI suggestions. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes are heard by the courts of Norway, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence say otherwise. Questions: legal@habsii.com.
