Verification
- Business identity, legal name and country are required before publishing.
- Payout and tax details are required before receiving money.
- We may ask for a licence, permit or proof of address depending on category.
- Verification status is visible to customers as a badge.
Listings
- Accurate title, description, photos, location and category.
- Own or license your media — no photos taken from other listings or websites.
- Keep availability current; repeated unavailable bookings reduce visibility.
- Listings can be paused any time; deleting removes future availability but keeps past order records.
Pricing
Show the real price. Mandatory fees must be included or clearly disclosed before checkout. No bait pricing, and no raising the price after a booking request is accepted.
Taxes
You are responsible for charging, collecting and reporting the taxes that apply to your business, including VAT/MVA, tourist and city taxes. Habsii provides transaction records and payout statements for your bookkeeping; we do not give tax advice.
Refunds
Your published cancellation policy is the contract with the customer. Refunds are issued through the original payment method. Where a seller cancels, the customer is refunded in full.
Reviews
You may reply once to each review. You may not offer incentives for positive reviews or retaliate against negative ones. We remove reviews that breach Community Guidelines.
Fraud
Fake bookings, self-bookings, payment splitting to avoid fees, chargeback abuse and card testing result in payout holds and account closure.
Identity
One real person must be accountable for each business. Selling, renting or transferring a verified business account is not allowed.
Payments & payouts
Customers pay through Habsii's payment providers. Payouts are released to your verified account after the service window, minus platform and processing fees. See the Payment Policy.
Cancellation policy
- Choose Flexible, Moderate or Strict per listing — the terms shown to the customer are binding.
- Repeated seller cancellations lead to reduced ranking, then suspension.
- Emergencies (weather, closures, illness) are reviewed case by case — contact partners@habsii.com.
